YOGURT DIET IN 5 DAYS!
How to lose 3 kg in 5 days? Here you are the answer: yogurt diet, a diet very easy to hold, with visible results in less than a week.
Your yogurt diet lowers cholesterol and prevents bloating, very important in any diet. And if you did not know, yogurt has the ability to "cut" of the calories you eat fatty foods.
Yogurt is rich in many essential vitamins and minerals the body: calcium, protein, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, iodine, magnesium, vitamins A and B.
The diet is based on eating yogurt, along with other foods very low in calories, but that -I providing energy every day.

Day 2 Lunch: 50 grams of whole rice cooked a can of tuna in water, a tomato, half a cucumber with a teaspoon of olive oil and 100 grams of yogurt . Dinner: fruit salad with two tablespoons of maple syrup, one tablespoon of flax seed and yogurt (200 grams).
Day 3 Lunch: 50 grams of cooked rice with a tablespoon of olive oil and 100 grams of cheese, plus a salad of cucumber, 100 grams of yogurt and basil. Dinner: 200 grams of cooked hake fish and 150 grams of baked potatoes, over which put 100 grams of yogurt and spices.
Day 4 Lunch: 50 grams of cooked pasta with fresh tomatoes, basil and 150 grams of yogurt. Dinner: 150 grams of grilled mackerel with salad, over which place two tablespoons of oil and a slice of bread.
Day 5 Lunch: 60 grams of cooked spaghetti with a spoon of butter, plus a bowl of green beans prepared with two tablespoons of olive oil. Dinner: 120 grams of cheese, a baked potato over the place gravy made from 150 grams of yogurt, a teaspoon of olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper. Since it is a fairly restrictive diet, should not be kept longer than 5 days, but can be repeated after 2 weeks, especially if you want a greater weight loss.
